there is entchanters buff but what do u mean with thaht 100-110% and its only for BD or SwS/WC/PP cause thats are also entchanters class.

We classified all changed classes by giving them tag in patch notes
5)Enchanters
SpectralDancer 100% => 110%
This one above means that's only BD was modified and its overall dmg on oly was increased by 10%
