The quest from NPC at the hellbound Vilage, doesnt have the option to just pass at Anomic, only to enter Hellbound Citadel

This spot is high reward - low risk for botters so, due high vulnerability for bots all teleports to anomic has been removed.

So you cant access it even with quest or anything? Removed from the game?

Yup, your not able to get there. At least until we find out how to automatically reduce bots amount there.

I believe this hurts the solo bishops more than the Bots, since BOTS can bot anywhere.. please rethink about it... im a solo player bishop.. there is usually where i lvl and farm

You can also go to DV (Drakos Assassins.)
